I am Marina Souza, Doctor of Nursing, with over 20 years of experience in education and nursing. My journey has always been connected to the development of people, whether in healthcare or in professional training.  Currently, at Number One Consulting Services, I am responsible for recruiting and developing new financial agents. My mission is to identify talent, train professionals, and provide the necessary tools for each agent to succeed in the financial market. I believe that with the right guidance, continuous training, and proper support, any determined person can transform their career and achieve a trajectory of growth and stability.  My work involves closely monitoring the development of each agent, offering strategic support, mentorship, and personalized training so they will not only be able to work in the field but also stand out and grow professionally.
