I am Marina Souza, Doctor of Nursing, with over 20 years of experience in education and nursing. Currently, at Number One Consulting Services, I am responsible for recruiting and developing new financial agents. My mission is to identify talent, train professionals, and provide the necessary tools for each agent to succeed in the financial market.
